Russian photo blogger Dmitry Pisanko spent months digging through 100GB worth of archives from the Image Science & Analysis Laboratory of NASA, before compiling his selected photos into 6000 frames to produce a breathtaking, four-minute time-lapse video.
The images were gathered from the International Space Station that completes around 15 orbits a day, capturing the stunning aerial view of Earth and its gorgeous sights, such as the Northern Lights swirling beautifully in the atmosphere.
