Having been working in the video business since 1988 I have amassed a great amount of knowledge of both the kit and production values over the last 30 years.

I don’t altogether understand how you get audio in.
I saw the mic port during the demo but for the work I do, it’s essential that I have two XLR ports (one feed from a sound board, one from an on-camera shotgun mic).
Maybe the idea is you capture sound on your main camera.
This camera is a step in the right direction. I gather only one thing new from Rick Young’s video – He’s very excited about it.
ProRes422 in a pocket camera is a very nice specification.
I’m hoping and waiting patiently for someone to design and build an EOS C100 style camera with ProRes422 and a proper viewfinder.
