Very interesting…so far I have found a couple of niggles with the Canon C300 but on the whole its the best Super 35mm camcorder to date.

Picture quality is stunning, 4:2:2 and 50MB/s is a major bonus, no 1920 50p but I film in my favourite 720 50p with both the C300 and the XF100.

The review is being filmed with the XF100 and so far I am very pleased with the quality of the picture this wee camcorder produces. I will be filming specific interviews at BVE with the review in mind and thanks to Canon UK I will be able to show you a range of Canon EF lenses from the show.
