Sony have just announced two domestic HD camcorders the HDR-CX520V and the HDR-CX500V using the new Exmor R CMOS sensors. Could this give us an insight to a future EX-5 camcorder with stunning low light capabilities and reduced grain only time will tell. I think if we are going to get an EX-5 I hope Sony have the sense to make it a full shoulder mount camcorder and although the Sony lenses on the EX-3 are good most cameramen and women would prefer canon or fuji lenses.
