IBC the best video show in Europe will start on Friday the 13th September 2019.
For those lucky enough to attend the show this year we finally get to see the new JVC GY-HC500E a camcorder that has been a long time in production.

Having been excited to first read about this camera a year ago, I am really looking forward to getting my hands on one with the intention of purchasing at least one to replace my ageing kit.
Had two of these camcorders on order since last year, not released, stateside JVC had an offer of a free ssd cartridge plus a 1tb ssd value $450 if you bought a camera before end of June 2019. Despite all the advertising over there the camera was never released.
Will we ever get them?
When first announced, nearly 2 yrs ago, they were game changers! Now I’m not so sure?
The JVC GY-HC500E is taking it’s time getting to market, however it may well be worth the wait as the spec looks very interesting. I am looking forward to a demo viewing of the camera and your hands on review.
