Wow an 8K monitor, now that tells its own story about 2017. Looks like we are marching into 8K before 4K has been fully implemented. We have already seen cameras with 8K like this Canon camera. Dell just revealed a world’s first at CES: a 32-inch 8K monitor with 33.2MP worth of resolution and 100% coverage of both sRGB and AdobeRGB.

Cutting into an 8K picture on HD would be mind blowing, not to mention the digital zoom ratio you could achieve. The problem is affordability, we have already been told that Panasonic’s 8K timeline takes us to 2020, goodness knows how much an 8K GH8 will cost.
