   Yes, definitely looking to purchase this camera. Ideal for my freelance work, theatre work and if and broadcast opportunity come up, I have the tools on hand!

   Plus it’s a SONY which can only be good

   Nice review as always Alister. Time to upgrade the EX1-Rs I think.

   Do you know if they have improved the macro function yet? I don’t like the way Macro only works on AF servo full wide mode.

   Also, I’ve read that the Zoom rocker is smoother on this camera, compared to the very sticky action of the EX1-R. Have you noticed an improvement?
