i tried to sync 3 hours of P2 footage for a short film. pluraleyes “analyzed” it for OVER 30 STRAIGHT hours. i put it on around noon, at 6 it still wasn’t done so i went home. at 7 pm THE NEXT DAY i finally lost all patience and told it to stop “analyzing” and had to sync it manually, which took WAY LESS TIME than 30 something hours. this is a great idea, but a very flawed program. every editor wants this to work, but unfortunately it does not deliver.

Intriguing test. If the software was capable of syncing the five cameras with only on-board mikes, it’s a champ!
